Return Policy

At Dope Java, we strive to provide you with the highest quality baked goods and excellent customer service. We understand that there may be instances where you need to return a product. Please read our return policy carefully to understand the guidelines and procedures for returning items.

Eligibility for Returns
a. Time Limit: We accept returns within 15 hours from the time of pickup or delivery. After this period, we cannot offer refunds or accept returns.

b. Condition of the Product: To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. We cannot accept returns for partially consumed or damaged products unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Return Process
a. Notification: If you wish to return a product, please contact us immediately within the 15-hour return window. Provide us with your order details and a clear explanation of the reason for the return.

b. Approval: We will review your return request and notify you of its approval or denial. If approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return.

c. Return Shipping: If the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product, we will arrange and cover the return shipping costs. If the return is due to reasons other than our error or a defective product, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refunds
a. Eligibility: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

b. Refund Method: If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that the original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

c. Processing Time: Refunds may take several business days to process and reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider's policies.

Exceptions
a. Sale and Promotional Items: Sale and promotional items are non-refundable and cannot be returned unless they are defective.

b. Allergies and Personal Preferences: We cannot accept returns or provide refunds based on personal taste preferences or allergen-related issues if the ingredients and allergen information were clearly disclosed at the time of purchase. Allergens are displayed on every product page.
