Ordering Process
a. Baking to Order: At Dope Java, we bake our goods to order to ensure freshness and quality. To place an order, you must contact us through the designated communication channels, such as phone, email, or our website's order form.
b. Availability: All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability or scheduling constraints. In such cases, we will inform you promptly and provide a refund if payment has been made.
Payment
a. Pricing: The prices for our baked goods will be communicated to you at the time of placing the order. Prices are stated in the currency specified by Dope Java and are subject to applicable taxes.
b. Payment Method: Payment for orders must be made in full at the time of order placement. We accept payment methods as specified on our website or as agreed upon during the ordering process.
Pickup and Delivery
a. Pickup: Dope Java operates on a pickup-only basis. Once your order is ready, we will notify you of the pickup location and the agreed-upon time. It is your responsibility to collect the order promptly at the designated pickup location.
b. Delivery: We currently do not offer delivery services. All orders must be picked up in person.
Cancellations and Refunds
a. Cancellation Policy: If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us as soon as possible. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee if the cancellation is made within a specific timeframe before the scheduled pickup time.
b. Refunds: Refunds for canceled orders or other issues will be processed at the discretion of Dope Java. Please contact us directly to discuss any concerns or issues regarding your order.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dope Java and its employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the purchase or consumption of our baked goods.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lexington County. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lexington County.
Amendments
Dope Java reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Agreement on our website or communicating the changes through other appropriate means.
